摘要: Mucosal cells freshly isolated from human intestine with pronase retain the capacity to undergo DNA repair synthesis (unscheduled synthesis) during a 2-hr exposure carcinogen, N -methyl- ′-nitro- -nitrosoguanidine, and procarcinogen, aflatoxin B1. This procedure combining use of intestinal mucosal measurement unscheduled may provide highly relevant convenient test system for detection cell-specific, direct-acting, activation-dependent chemical carcinogens. The whole-cell preparations in such vitro studies be additional significance view growing evidence artefactual metabolism by subcellular fractions.
