摘要: Open heart surgery in patients with liver cirrhosis is considered to be very risky, but the predictors of poor outcomes such cases have not been established. We report perioperative results open our hospital. reviewed 13 12 who underwent between January 2001 and December 2010. The Child-Turcotte-Pugh classification, model for end-stage disease score, EuroSCORE, data were used identify risk factors morbidity mortality retrospectively. Ten had postoperative complications. Significant differences evident class, cardiopulmonary bypass time, crossclamp time. Two died failure, one at 40 days other 2 years after surgery. Statistically significant liver-related scores serum cholinesterase levels. concluded that a high class was associated increased morbidity. Cardiopulmonary times also related morbidity, while low levels predicted mortality.
