摘要: Building information modeling (BIM) technology used to further processes in the green building industry has received wide coverage literature. Some companies have leveraged this natural synergy but many remain on sidelines, unable fully exploit potential offered by BIM projects. Moreover, most literature focus technical aspects of use while ignoring social and cultural its application. This narrow, tactical can undermine between building, prevent achieving strategic, sustainable goals. The objectives article are to: (1) review status context sustainability within industry; also, (2) propose criteria for furthering integrative applications that achieve industry. Five layers were identified classified a framework purposes analyzing guidelines standards. proposed relates complexity found uses integration capability attempt integration. serve as basis evaluation performance therefore, solution mitigate differences existing
