Causes of Student Attrition in US Naval Aviation Training: A Five Year Review from FY 2003 to FY 2007

摘要: Abstract : A review of self-reported causes Naval Aviation student training attrition was conducted for the period FY 2003 to 2007. Data were aggregated from Aerospace Medical Institute reports published during under review. Performance-related 37% all attrition, with flight failure most frequent cause in category, at 24% attrition. Self-reported contributory factors also examined.
