摘要: Aims: Progressive loss of cell cycle control is an important feature on the colorectal cancer. CDKN1A gene encoded p21 protein that’s one cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors, plays a key role in regulating cycle. The aim this study was to Original Research Article British Journal Medicine & Medical Research, 4(32): 5098-5106, 2014 5099 investigate associations polymorphism rs762624 and rs3176336 with risk cancer Iranian population. Methods: A case-controls conducted association rs762624, In 150 cases sporadic CRC healthy controls were recruited, genomic DNA extracted from peripheral blood, genotypes determined using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length (PCRRFLP) method result validated by direct sequencing. Results: frequencies AA, AC, CC among 9.3%, 74.7%, 16%, respectively, while genotype 10%, 74%, respectively. 29.3%, 18% 52.7%, were18%, 20%, 62%, No found for AT/AA (Adjusted odds ratio (OR), 0.726, 95% confidence interval (CI), 0.365–1.443 AT genotype; OR, 1.67, CI, 0.754–3.702 AA genotype) cancer, compared TT genotype. our research, we could not significant relation between stage polymorphisms (p=0.081, p=0.988). Conclusion: Present data do confirm susceptibility
