摘要: Abstract The partition of proteins (bovine serum albumin, β-lactoglobulin, micellar casein) has been examined in the guar/dextran aqueous two-phase system. influence parameters like pH, ionic strength (NaCl), and polymer concentration investigated while protein was increased up to 2% w/w. For globular β-lactoglobulin) general trends partitioning established literature with other systems polyethyleneoxide/dextran were nearly verified. dextran-rich bottom phase found be slightly more concentrated than guar-enriched top one. However, casein displayed a different behavior, giving uneven separation phenomena at concentrations above 0.5% This difference attributed larger size particle. Meanwhile, modifications diagram have investigated. It shown that addition or w/w did not affect thermodynamic features this
