摘要: Neurotensin is a tridecapeptide that participates in regulation of dopaminergic pathways implicated nicotine addiction. Previously, we showed one our brain-penetrating neurotensin analogs, NT69L, blocks nicotine-induced locomotor sensitization. The present work demonstrates NT69L both the initiation and expression In addition chronic administration blocked acute effects on norepinephrine serotonin prefrontal cortex.
