摘要: The sensitizing properties of drugs abuse have been proposed to play an important role in the persistence drug seeking behavior. We decided evaluate temporal relationship dopamine D2 receptor-mediated behavior and behavioral sensitization animals with a history cocaine heroin self-administration. During early phases withdrawal ( 3 weeks), reinstatement by quinpirole was still apparent, but less robust. In heroin-trained rats, increases responding were no longer observed. Interestingly, observed cocaine-trained absent rats. Thus, it appears that receptors time-dependent relapse which is strongly associated behaviorally sensitized state.
