摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate immunohistochemically distribution chromogranin A, B, and secretogranin II in a series 152 neuroendocrine tumours gastrointestinal tract. Tumour tissues from 25 argyrophil gastric carcinoids, 18 gastrin 5 somatostatin-producing tumours, 4 ‘gangliocytic paragangliomas’, 49 classical argentaffin 2 L cell appendiceal 27 ileal 17 rectal poorly differentiated stomach rectum were immunostained with antibodies against II. Chromogranin A major granin expressed carcinoids serotonin-producing appendix ileum. In contrast, strong B immunoreactivity found which rarely expressed. Since is widely used marker for differentiation, it diagnostic importance that some gastrin-producing carcinomas, completely lacked positivity. It concluded various tract show distinctly different patterns expression, probably reflecting their histogenetical origin.
