摘要: Aims Rare gastric lesions composed of a combined proliferation chief and oxyntic cells have been variably called adenocarcinoma fundic gland type polyp/adenoma. Herein, we present series cases that show morphological spectrum cell proliferations. Methods results Routine consultation were collated from five institutions. Information regarding site, size, endoscopic appearance, clinical history medication use, when available, was accrued, as the histological features immunoprofiles. A total 12 collated. Age ranged 39 to 81 years. All located in fundus; seven eight polypoid endoscopically. Lesions primarily solitary, averaged 4.6 mm diameter (largest 9 mm) comprised >50% cells. The predominant architectural pattern anastomosing solid clustered glands or mixture these patterns. limited mainly mucosa, although two showed submucosal involvement. None had known metastatic disease. Conclusions This included previously described They are exclusively fundus predominantly with low-grade cytology appear continuum.
