The authors study estimation of the total number classes present in multiple overlapping populations. They show that is identifiable a nonparametric mixture model multivariate Poisson densities. Unusual phenomena occur both point and confidence inference for parameter defined as odds class being unidentified data. Consequently only one-sided intervals are available classes.
