摘要: The fabrication of large-area electronics, such as active-matrix pixel circuits in flat-panel displays, is becoming increasingly challenging. Particularly for applications electronic paper, flexibility the display and at extremely low cost important. Therefore, novel methods have to be explored. We developed jet-printing technology fabricate backplanes paper-like electrophoretic displays. In three approaches we implement several stages evolution printing technology. First, photolithographic patterning photoresist used conventional replaced by digital a wax etch mask. Second, amorphous silicon semiconductor thin-film-transistors with printed organic semiconductor. Third, circuit fabricated an all-additive process. order test our are developing media. media based on microfabricated cell-structures which contain ink. flexible cells individually sealed being
