摘要: Abstract In this work, four ultrafiltration (UF) membranes with molecular weight cut-offs (MWCOs) of 5, 15, 30 and 50 kDa, respectively, were fouled 1% BSA aqueous solutions cleaned different saline solutions. The influence MWCO, membrane material operating conditions on the cleaning efficiency was investigated. Saline able to clean 15 30 kDa membranes, but not 50 kDa membrane. NaCl, NaNO 3 , NH 4 Cl KCl most effective salts. tests demonstrated that higher temperature solution was, also. addition, an increase in crossflow velocity resulted hydraulic (HCE).
