摘要: The present invention relates to methods for screening, identifying, and/or quantifying modulators of amyloid aggregates, fibrils or components thereof, in particular s-peptide (As) As fibrils. Aspects the provide screening putatative against an Amyloid target, so as determine which bind interact with interefere interaction indicator agent and target. Particular aspects employ mass spectrometric target compound libraries, mixtures compounds combinatorial libraries.
