摘要: Purpose To compare vision, intraocular forward light scatter and corneal backscatter between deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty (DLEK) penetrating (PK) for dysfunction. Design A randomized clinical trial. Methods Thirteen eyes (12 patients) were to DLEK with a 9 mm scleral incision, 15 (14 PK. The primary outcome was high-contrast best spectacle-corrected visual acuity (BSCVA) at 12 months after surgery; measured one, three, six, surgery. Results BSCVA 0.34 ± 0.16 logMAR (logarithm of the minimum angle resolution) 0.25 0.21 PK (P = .23; detectable difference 0.23 logMAR). change in postoperative correlated (r −0.66; P Conclusions similar one year Improvement decreasing scatter. Increased originated not only from posterior cornea (interface) but also host cornea, which might limit outcomes keratoplasty.
