摘要: Particles having a diameter of 0.1–0.4 μ were isolated from cultures stable Proteus L form by means differential centrifugation. Electron microscopic investigations showed that these particles consisted peripheral “unit membrane” surrounding varying amounts granular material, probably ribosomes.
