摘要: Abstract A fast continuous cyclic voltammetry was used as a detection method for the monitoring of erythromycin in flow-injection system. special computer-based numerical calculation (using Fast Fourier Transformation) is introduced here enhancing analyte signal and noise reduction. During measurements, potential waveform (consists steps cleaning, stripping ramp) continuously applied on an Au disk microelectrode with 25 μm radius. The objective performed experiments inspection effects different parameters sensitivity. After experiments' completion, it concluded that linear concentration range 7–733,000 pg/ml ( r  = 0.998) limit quantitation 2.4 7 pg/ml, respectively. time less than 200 ms. Effects rest potential, sweep rate, delay sensitivity selectivity were investigated.
