摘要: The morphology and organic field effect transistor (OFET) properties of two component blends semi-crystalline 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethinyl)pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) with selected amorphous side chain aromatic low permittivity insulating binders deposited at room temperature under vacuum from a good solvent are reported. When blended an binder there is evidence X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) strong interaction between TIPS-pentacene the in solidified film giving rise to twisted crystals containing dislocations. Due this we see no segregation towards active interface hence observe rapid fall off saturated hole mobility concentration less than 50 wt%. crystalline XPS any film. We propose that when used, which crystallizes more slowly solution TIPS-pentacene, stratification material both interfaces as result retention even down 10 potential applications approach formulation low-cost semiconductors whose solid state can be fine-tuned by careful selection.
