摘要: Escherichia coli strain JD518, a cydD-deficient mutant, displayed temperature-sensitive and pressure-sensitive growth. The defective cydD gene in this was complemented by open reading frame 3 (ORF3), previously identified DNA from barotolerant bacterium, DSS12, allowing growth of the mutant under high temperature pressure conditions. Spectrophotometrical analysis indicated that cytochrome bd complex which is assembled CydD protein expressed E. JD518 carrying ORF3 at same level as occurred wild-type strain. Our results indicate functions are required for cell stability condition stress bacteria.
