摘要: Recently, k-t FASTER (fMRI Accelerated in Space-time by means of Truncation Effective Rank) was introduced for rank-constrained acceleration fMRI data acquisition. Here we demonstrate improvements achieved through a hybrid three-dimensional radial-Cartesian sampling approach that allows posthoc selection factors, as well incorporation coil sensitivity encoding the reconstruction. The multicoil reconstruction used hard thresholding and shrinkage on matrix singular values space-time matrix, using nonuniform Fast Fourier Transform to enforce consistency non-Cartesian domain. Variable factors were made possible radial increment based golden ratio. Both retrospective prospectively under-sampled assess fidelity enhancements technique resting task-fMRI data. The improved is capable tailoring recovery different signal components, achieving up R = 12.5 visual-motor task data. The reduce errors even at much higher when compared directly with original approach. We have shown can be significantly accelerate acquisition little penalty quality.
