摘要: Hybridoma growth factor (HGF) is a 20-25 kD protein, supporting the of hybridoma cells in vitro and capable replacing feeder cells. It was shown to be produced by human monocytes number cultured cell lines. Recently, HGF found identical interferon-beta 2 or 26 protein BSF-2, renamed interleukin 6 (IL-6). Using sensitive bio-assay we were able measure IL-6 activity serum urine healthy volunteers renal transplant recipients. Low levels present but not individuals. In contrast, both recipients contained high directly after transplantation during acute rejection episodes. On basis kinetic studies response, it concluded that serial measurement IL-6, especially urine, may value monitoring Moreover, sensitivity bioassay will allow for detailed as biological significance health disease.
