摘要: The cytokine interleukin-6, which has been shown to be increased in patients with burn injuries, is produced by activated monocytes and endothelial cells many vitro activities, including stimulation of acute-phase protein synthesis hepatocytes, immunoglobulin B lymphocytes, growth megakaryocytes. In 13 a mean 31% full-thickness burns, we studied the relation serum interleukin-6 clinical parameters response production. Interleukin-6 was already elevated within hours after injury sustained, it remained for several weeks. All components were observed: fever, tachycardia, leukocytosis an associated left shift, elevation C-reactive alpha 1-antitrypsin, decrease albumin levels. second week injury, M levels peaked, followed prolonged G Thrombocyte counts initially decreased rebounded supranormal 2 positively correlated responses. We believe that production induces proteins. High may also etiologic factor marked observed. Likewise, between megakaryocyte-promoting activity rebound thrombocytosis requires further investigation.
