摘要: First, IL-6 is produced by synovial tissue of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the principal mediator that inducing differentiation B-lymphocytes into antibody-forming cells. The Leu-1+ subset induced to secrete factor (IgM anti-Fc gamma specificity). Second, main cell types producing in cells dissociated from RA are mononuclear leukocytes. Connective type (synoviocytes) cultured produce response IL-1 beta, formation increased TGF-beta. Glucocorticoids strongly inhibit PGE2 slightly inhibits IL-1-induced mRNA expression synoviocytes. Production increases when undissociated maintained culture, thus suggesting release inhibition a or factors not yet identified. Third, major known local effect augmentation antibody systemic induction synthesis liver acute-phase proteins, especially C-reactive protein. Levels circulating protein reported decrease receiving long-acting antirheumatic drugs, which would be consistent interpretation immature monocyte-derived macrophages producers these patients.
