摘要: The research goal is to investigate the influence of preceptorship clinical supervision u sing Bandura’s social cognitive model toward competenc e improvement nursing diploma students. This wa s quasi experiment using pre - post test with control groups design . subject this were students who perfo r m ed internship in RSJ Grhasia during 6-25 April 2015. Twenty four which divided into 2 , each consisted 12 as experimental and rest played groups. Random sampling technique was used data analyzed independent sample T test. esults showed that improve d students’ ’ mean gain score 112 (SD±2,958), while group ’s 90,83 (SD±17,0,39). Thus, it can be concluded p receptorship student competencies compare conventional method. a reference developing guidance services through competence students.
