摘要: Preceptors play an important role in the process of developing students' knowledge and skills. There is ongoing search for best learning teaching models clinical education. Little known about preceptors' perspectives on different models. The aim study was to describe nursing experiences two education: peer traditional supervision. A descriptive design qualitative approach used. Eighteen preceptors from surgical medical departments at hospitals were interviewed, ten representing (student work pairs) eight supervision (one student follows a nurse during shift). findings showed that using created room students assume responsibility their own learning, challenged by refraining stepping encouraged critical thinking. Using supervision, individual ambitions influenced preceptorship empathized as being impart. They demonstrated, observed gradually relinquished students. choice education model important.
