摘要: Objectives: This study evaluated the fungicidal efficacy of a fumigant containing 20% ortho-phenylphenol against Trichophytone mentagrophytes (T. mentagrophytes), Candida albicans (C. albicans) and Aspergillus niger (A. niger). Methods: Five replicates each carrier were contaminated by depositing 0.05 mL fungal suspension. After drying, two carriers without exposure to three with left in sealed room (25 ㎥) at 21±0.5℃ 60±10% relative humidity for 15 hours. Immediately after removal from test room, was transferred into recovery diluent suspended, diluted inoculated. incubation, numbers colony counted, parameter values (N, T, d) calculated. Results: The working culture suspension number (N value) T. mentagrophytes, C. A. 1.0×10?, 1.2×10? 5.7×10? CFU/mL, respectively. All on exposed (n1, n2, n3) higher than 0.5N1 (the suspensions pour plate method), 0.5N2 filter membrane method) 0.5N1, In addition, all mean strains recovered control-carriers (T over 10? CFU/mL. For effect fumigant, reductions (d 4 ?CFU/mL. Conclusions: present showed that has effective activity niger.
