摘要: Oxidative stress is increased in metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) this appears to underlie the development of cardiovascular disease, T2DM diabetic complications. Increased oxidative be a deleterious factor leading insulin resistance, dyslipidemia, β-cell dysfunction, impaired glucose tolerance ultimately T2DM. Chronic stress, hyperglycemia dyslipidemia are particularly dangerous for β-cells from lowest levels antioxidant, have high energy requirements, decrease gene expression key genes induce cell death. If functioning impaired, it results an under production insulin, impairs stimulated secretion, fasting eventually
