PCR Identification of Listeria monocytogenes in Deli Meat

摘要: We will introduce the PCR testing procedure for rapid identification of L. monocytogenes in deli meat. The lab work include inoculation, extraction DNA, thermal cycle, and conduction gel electrophoresis.
