摘要: Abstract Microscopic observations of the damage process Permalloy were made during repeated unidirectional dry frictional sliding. The revealed a layer, near friction surface, adhered flattened debris whose thickness was over 100 μm and hardness extraordinarily high (the highest 666 HV). Sometimes, along traces boundaries, rows voids observed. These often become connected form grooves; they also can be cause debris. This is process.
