摘要: Inheritance is involved in up to one third of colon cancer cases. Highly penetrant inherited syndromes account for approximately 3%, while more common, but less factors play a role the remainder. Approaches recognizing each these categories and syndromes, using genetic testing diagnosis where indicated, accomplishing proper screening surveillance will be outlined this review.
