摘要: Growing multidrug-resistant (MDR) strains of various infectious bacterial species are hindering research aiming to eliminate such infections. During a infection, the host response eliminates pathogen via fusion endocytic vesicles with lysosomes, called xenophagy. However, MDR bacteria have evolved strategies escape In this review, we propose novel therapeutics for overcoming escape, including chimeric antibiotics, nanoformulations induction autophagy in infected cells, and small interfering (si)RNA-mediated silencing genes inhibit host-pathogen interaction. We also discuss role combinations antibiotics showing synergy, administrative routes differentially capped nanoparticles (NPs), use different types eliminating pathogenic from host.
