摘要: The anti-osteoporosis effect of Ganoderma lucidum (G. lucidum, Lingzhi) is closely associated with inhibition osteoclastogenesis in the charge osteoclasts. This article reviewed and its active components, including a kind triterpenoids, polysaccharide protein named Ling Zhi-8 (LZ-8). Triterpenoids are compounds as candidates for treatment osteoporosis. Among these, ganoderic acids currently considered most important potential their structure-activity relationship highlights essential group to hamper osteoclast differentiation. data confirmed that isolated from triterpenoids meroterpenoids could suppress bone resorption via RANKL/RANK pathway and/or downstream signaling transduction related ERK, JNK p38 MAPKs, contributing level c-Fos NFATc1, two key target genes osteoclastogenesis. However, comprehensive mechanism remains be elucidated future.
