摘要: The somatotopic organization of cutaneous afferent fibers from the hind-limb foot in substantia gelatinosa spinal cord was investigated adult Sprague Dawley rats following intracutaneous injections wheat germ agglutinin-horseradish peroxidase (WGA-HRP). different parts were found to project a precise manner medial two-thirds segments L3–L5. projections digits arranged consecutive row rostrocaudally, with most digit caudal L3 and lateral L4 or rostral L5. plantar skin both projection digits. dorsal projects digits, neighboured by edge rostrally caudally. Within particular digit, medially laterally. A certain degree overlap for areas found.
