摘要: The preparation of redox-active coatings is a key step in fabricating electrochemical biosensors. To this goal, variety coating materials have been used combination with compounds. In study, alizarin red S (ARS) was confined layer-by-layer (LbL) films composed poly(ethyleneimine) (PEI) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) to study the redox properties. A gold (Au) disc electrode coated PEI/CMC LbL film immersed an ARS solution uptake into film. successfully through electrostatic interactions. cyclic voltammogram (CV) ARS-confined film-coated electrodes thus prepared exhibited waves potential range from -0.5 -0.7 V originating 9,10-anthraquinone moiety ARS, demonstrating that preserves its activity An additional oxidation peak appeared around -0.4 CV recorded containing phenylboronic acid (PBA), due formation boronate ester (ARS-PBA) current at decreased upon addition 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-dopa) solution. Thus, results suggest use for constructing voltammetric sensors L-dopa.
