摘要: Abstract Cheilolejeuneinae is an early diverging lineage of Lejeuneaceae tribe Lejeuneeae with a pantropical distribution. The current phylogeny and classification this subtribe based on morphological limited-sampling molecular studies. Here we present related lineages maximum parsimony likelihood analyses, as well Bayesian inference two chloroplast regions (trnL-F, trnG) the nuclear ribosomal ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region, to test monophyly subtribe, re-evaluate infrageneric Cheilolejeunea. results confirm Cheilolejeuneinae, which consists one single genus, Aureolejeunea Omphalanthus are nested in Cheilolejeunea and, consequently, all species (11) varieties (2) accepted these genera transferred Based evidence new into nine sections...
