摘要: We employed sequences of two chloroplast regions ( trn L- F, rbc L) and the nuclear ribosomal ITS region seven accessions Leptolejeunea to explore its phylogenetic position. Maximum parsimony maximum likelihood analyses led similar topologies but deeper nodes received good bootstrap support only with methods. formed an early diverging, robust monophyletic lineage within Lejeuneaceae tribe Lejeuneeae. Contrary earlier belief, it is not closely related Drepanolejeunea . To amend current classification Lejeuneeae into subtribes, we propose Leptolejeuneinae, subtr. nov.
