摘要: Diplasiolejeunea is a pantropical, epiphytic genus of leafy liverworts that occurs from the lowlands to more than 4000m altitude. Phylogenetic analyses molecular dataset consisting three markers (nuclear ribosomal ITS region, plastidic trnL-F region and rbcL gene) 122 accessions (plus two outgroups, Colura Cololejeunea) indicate evolutionary diversity underestimated by current morphology-based classification. Four morphologically semi-cryptic species have been recovered. The phylogenies support deep split into Neotropical Paleotropical clade, latter structured Australasian, Asian Afromadacascan lineages. Presented results confirm ranges pantropical (D. cavifolia, D. rudolphiana), provide evidence for dispersal Neotropics Paleotropics, speciation along altitudinal gradients demonstrate extensive morphological homoplasy. We propose revised supraspecific classification predominantly subgenus Physolejeunea subgenera Austrolejeuneopsis Diplasiolejeunea, former containing mainly species, epiphylls. Several clades are supported combinations character states, could be assigned sections at some later point. This first comprehensive phylogeny largely epiphyllous liverworts.
