摘要: Luminescence and structural properties of pure Y-doped ZrO2 nanopowders with different Y content synthesized by co-precipitation Zr salts were investigated x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, paramagnetic resonance (EPR) photoluminescence (PL) methods. It was found that at constant calcination temperature (700 °С), the increase stimulates transformation crystalline phase from monoclinic through tetragonal to cubic one. Generally, room PL emission be similar for samples content, demonstrating same overlapped components in visible spectral range under extrinsic excitation. The relative contribution each component affected time. In EPR spectra as-prepared no signals observed. annealing N2 or H2 flow results appearance signal surface Zr3+ defects. latter assigned F-center also arises. anti-correlation observed between intensity value allows us conclude center is fast non-radiative recombination. At time, interrelation F-centers bands not found.
