摘要: A 9 years old boy reported with left nasal blockage, occasional bleeding, protruding eye ball and widening of the bridge for last nine months. Clinical examination radiological evaluation were suggeitive fibrous dysplasia. Mass was excised by transfacial transcranial approach.
