摘要: Management of anterior skull base tumors is complex due to the anatomic detail region and variety that occur in this area. Currently, “gold standard” for surgery craniofacial approach. Craniofacial resection represents a major advance surgical treatment paranasal sinuses involving base. It allows wide exposure anatomical structures at permitting monobloc tumor resection. This study presents series 18 patients with tumors, treated by team head-neck surgeons neurosurgeons. The included 15 malignant nose 3 extensive benign lesions. All were resected combined bi-frontal craniotomy rhinotomy. was closed pediculated pericranial flap split-thickness free skin graft underneath. There no postoperative problems wound infection, cerebrospinal fluid-leakage or meningitis. Recurrent growth systemic metastasis occurred out 6 months 2 years postoperatively. thus found give excellent results low morbidity lesions can also be adapted
