摘要: Welcome to this Thematic Issue on Perspectives Nordic Working Life Research ! It is perhaps not that surprising a journal called Journal of Studies contains many discussions about “Nordic Models”: What the Welfare State Model? has happened it lately? Is there still one? Has ever been Industrial Relations Model—is its way be abandoned? And Labor Market Or Work Environment In contrast, in part issue NJWLS working life research itself discussed. Editing led me some (self)critical reflections research—or rather self-image researchers. We often say two cornerstones are assumption positive correlation between employee autonomy at work and higher productivity, our tradition different from those found other geographical areas (and, implicitly, probably better).
