摘要: The beneficiation of titania (TiO2) by sulfuric acid (H2SO4) pressure leaching Panzhihua ilmenite was investigated. reaction temperature, H2SO4 concentration, and concentration ferrous ions (Fe2 +) had significant effects on the enrichment TiO2. With increasing temperatures, dissolution iron from enhanced, while titanium loss reduced. Increasing Fe2 + an adverse effect In contrast, accelerated concentrations H2SO4, up to 40 wt.% H2SO4. SEM analyses leach residues under different conditions indicated that severe agglomeration occurred among primary hydrolysate particles at high or with addition sulfate (FeSO4). Furthermore, a compact layer formed surface unreacted particles, thus retarding leaching. might have resulted adsorption particle surfaces, as revealed energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). optimal for process were follows: wt.%, acid/ore mass ratio 2:1, temperature 150 °C, time 3 h. Thus, Ti-rich material TiO2 content ~ 85 obtained. Moreover, results demonstrated technical feasibility upgrading in obtained concentrating diluted waste discharged process.
