摘要: In an effort to discover a noninvasive method for predicting which cancer patients will benefit from therapy targeting the EGFR and HER2 proteins, large body of research has been conducted toward development PET SPECT imaging agents, selectively target these receptors. We provide general overview advances made HER2, detailing investigation agents ranging in size small molecules monoclonal antibodies.
