The possibility of separating saccharides from a NaCl solution by using nanofiltration in diafiltration mode

摘要: Abstract In this article, the permeation experiments by using a NF membrane were carried out for single component solutions of inorganic electrolytes (NaCl, KCl, MgCl 2 , Na SO 4 and MgSO ) neutral organic solutes (glycerin, glucose, sucrose raffinose) mixture solution NaCl glucose or sucrose. The effects applied pressure feed concentration coupling interaction between on separation performance (observed rejection flux) investigated solutions, respectively. NF45 is negative charged with molecular weight (MW) cut-offs about 300 Da, it available saccharides bivalent anion univalent electrolytes. An overall diafiltration process batch-wise mode was simulated model soybean whey wastewater containing some salts (such as NaCl), feasibility oligosaccharides removal also discussed.
