摘要: SPECT allows registration of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) which is altered in a characteristic temporoparietal pattern Alzheimer's Dementia. Numerous studies have shown the diagnostic value reduced and metabolic changes using perfusion FDG-PEPT AD diagnosis as well differential against frontotemporal dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies vascular disease. Recently more pathophysiology-based biomarkers CSF Amyloid-PET tracers been developed that probably higher accuracy than indirect rCBF seen SPECT. In paper review, we describe recent advances improvements technique.
