摘要: Fluorescence polarization measurement during the progress of fluorochromasia has been used to study response human lymphocytes phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and tumour-associated antigens, as a basis for detection malignant disease. Polarization (P) values both stimulated unstimulated decreased with increasing intracellular fluorescence intensity, duration fluorochromatic reaction. When these effects were taken into account, there was no significant difference in change P following stimulation from 50 cancer patients or healthy subjects, magnitude related more age donor extent granulocyte contamination lymphocyte preparation than presence cancer. There were, however, differences leakage fluorescein out hydrolysis rate after PHA between individuals
