摘要: Abstract The impact of cyclodextrins (CDs) on postprandial glycemic response employing the real-time continuous glucose monitoring system (RT-CGMS) was investigated. For this purpose, α-CD, β-CD, γ-CD, HP-β-CD, curdlan, and dextrin at doses 10 100 mg/kg were orally administered in rats. RT-CGMS efficient to evaluate CDs glycemia. results showed that dextrin, curdlan did not reduce after administration starch. In contrast, HP-β-CD (100 mg/kg) attenuated rise Moreover, γ-CD blunts excursion 100 mg/kg. Therefore, could attenuate glycemia promoted by oral Considering treatment hyperglycemia is necessary prevent type 2 diabetes, study opens perspective better control addition food.
