摘要: The effects of stevioside and steviol (a product enzymatic hydrolysis stevioside) on intestinal glucose absorption were examined in hamster jejunum. By using the everted sac technique, we found that (1 5 mM) had no inhibitory effect absorption. In contrast, was inhibited 29% by 1 mM steviol. inhibition related to concentration incubation time. possible mechanism action also investigated. Reductions mucosal ATP content absorptive surface area responsible for decrease accompanied a activities mitochondrial NADH cytochrome c reductase oxidase. Moreover, activity Na+,K(+)-ATPase uptake brush-border membrane vesicles seen. These results suggest hamsters is due reduction an alteration morphology cells.
