摘要: How DNA methylation patterns are established, maintained and remodeled is incompletely understood, however, it has become clear that reversible dynamic as a result of enzymatic demethylation. Several different mechanisms may account for demethylation have recently been put forward all seem to involve repair. Here, we review mediated by multifunctional growth arrest damage 45 (Gadd45) protein family members which mediate during cell differentiation stress response. Gadd45 recruits nucleotide and/or base excision repair factors gene-specific loci acts an adapter between chromatin, thereby creating nexus epigenetics
