摘要: A key aspect of medical, public health, and diagnostic microbiology laboratories is the accurate identification rapid reporting communication to medical staff regarding patients with infectious agents clinical importance. Microbial taxonomy continues change at a very rate in era molecular diagnostics including whole genome sequencing. This update focuses on taxonomic changes proposals that may be importance for years 2017 2018.
